We design a custom 24″ × 36″ poster for your prom with your school logo, theme, date, and a unique QR code that links directly to your event’s photo hub. Place it at the entrance, near the photo booth, and by the dance floor for quick scanning all night.
Fast backups: Depending on Wi-Fi strength at the venue, most photos back up immediately, with all images available within 24 hours. We can also include a short URL on the poster for anyone who can’t scan QR codes.

Tell us your prom date, venue, and estimated attendance, and we’ll confirm availability and recommend the best layout for DJ and booth placement. We coordinate load-in times with your venue, verify power and ceiling height for the Mega Booth, and review school policies for music content, fog, and bubbles. On event day, we arrive early, run the show to your timeline, and share your online gallery link afterwards.

Pricing is current as of September 2025 and may vary based on travel or extended hours. Availability is limited during peak prom season, so early reservations are recommended. We follow school content standards, offer clean edits, and coordinate with chaperones and venue staff for safety and flow. Online galleries can be public or password-protected upon request, and QR code sharing can be enabled for fast, phone-first delivery.
Most high school prom DJs provide a pro sound system, clean music edits, simple dance lighting, MC services for announcements (grand march, royalty, etc.), and wireless microphones. Our standard prom DJ package is 3 hours for $750 with simple lighting included.
Great prom DJs balance student requests with school standards. We accept must-play favorites in advance, take clean requests on site, and honor a do-not-play list approved by advisors so your high school prom stays fun and school-appropriate.
Spring dates fill fast—most schools reserve high school prom DJs 3–6 months in advance. If your date is set, contact us now; we’ll hold availability, review your timeline, and lock in your package.
Prom DJs generally need a 10’×6′ area and at least one dedicated 15–20A outlet. Our 10-Foot Mega Photo Booth requires extra ceiling height and space for a 30-inch viewing screen, while the Sky 360° Booth needs a clear safety zone with stanchions and standard power.
